Return & Exchange Policy:
By Mail:
First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, your merchandise may be sent back for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Full refunds will be issued for products only if they are returned in their original condition. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Original delivery charges, if applicable, are not refundable. Please pack and seal merchandise for return to us in its original packaging. We use UPS for shipping our products. If any other method for shipping is used we cannot track shipment or guarantee the condition of the product when received. You may want insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement. If you paid by gift card we'll mail you a refund store credit. Special Orders, special offers, sale items and gifts may not be returned or exchanged for store credit.
Please include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number and/or email address that says what you are returning and why, and what you would like to have happen— exchange, credit, or refund. If you would like to exchange an item please indicate what you would like instead. You will be billed for the new merchandise sent, and refunded immediately on the receipt of the original items. Please allow 10-12 business days for the full processing of your return.

Simply bring the packing slip and credit cad used when you place the order to our store located in Fort Myers, Florida. Original delivery charges, if applicable, will not be credited on exchanges.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you change your mind about your purchase, Lulu's will grant a full refund as long as the product has not already shipped or been personalized.
Lulu's will gladly accept returns of unworn or unused merchandise for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we will make an exchange or issue a Lulu's store credit based on the current selling price.
Personalized items and final sale
All items which are personalized (including but not limited to stationary, notepads and invitations) may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale items are unable to returned or exchanged.
Price Adjustment
Lulu's will honor a one-time price adjustment on full priced merchandise within fourteen days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Adjustments will be made in the form of the original payment. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Delivery Shipping Policy
You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we'rehappy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge:
For overnight delivery the next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. FedEx orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. FedEx orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.
Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout.
